The petitioner company shall apply for and obtain, within prescribed time limit and in prescribed manner, all necessary permissions, licences, registrations, certificates, etc. as may be required under all relevant and applicable laws, rules and regulations. B. A copy of present order shall be immediately forwarded by the Regional Director to the concerned officer in Enforcement Directorate and to the concerned Commissioner or Dy.
